In order to accelerate and improve the review process, hthp has introduced an incentive for quick and careful reviewers. The incentive takes effect starting September 1, 2026.

The award is presented triannually at the occasion of the European Conference on Thermophysical Properties (ECTP).
Dr. Lohöfer receives the award in recognition of his detailed, constructive and swift reviews.
